FIFAR Golf Day at Stewkley: another great success
On the 3rd May 2019 we had a record number of teams join our 2nd FIFAR golf day, held at the Aylesbury Vale Golf Club. The weather was mostly kind and the course was in great condition, so all in all a good day was had by all.
With 7 teams taking part we were able to raise a good amount of money and, with the help of the golf club, we were able to auction off a four-ball voucher which certainly helped add to the money raised.
Just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that took part in what was a great day.
The FIFAR golf shield will be housed down at the Risborough Rangers club house in Horsenden, where the winner of the individual competition has their name engraved (this year Phil Clack).
Looking forward already to next year’s competition – if you have friends or colleagues that want to join us on this day, please do get in touch.
